Red Deer United is pleased to announce their partnership with Alberta Sport Development Centre (ASDC), operating out of Red Deer College. ASDC provides class-room training for athletes to teach nutrition, hydration, and mental toughness. There are 20 centres across Canada and we are pleased to have one in our own back yard.
